Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern our pest control services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging NewLeaf Pest Control to carry out any services. By booking a treatment or signing a service agreement, you confirm that you accept these terms.

1. About Us

NewLeaf Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services across the West Midlands, United Kingdom.

2. Bookings and Quotes

All quotes provided by NewLeaf Pest Control are free of charge and non-binding until you confirm you wish to proceed. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you verbally, by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

3. Access to Premises

You must ensure that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to all areas of the property required to carry out the treatment. If access is refused or inadequate on the day of visit, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.

You are responsible for ensuring the safety of any persons or animals on the premises during and immediately after a treatment, in accordance with any instructions provided by our technician.

4. Preparation Requirements

Prior to certain treatments (particularly bed bugs, fleas, and cockroaches), you may be required to take preparatory steps such as vacating rooms, bagging bedding, or clearing floor space. Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect the effectiveness of the treatment and could void the treatment guarantee.

5. Treatment Guarantee

NewLeaf Pest Control provides a treatment guarantee on eligible services. The terms of the guarantee are as follows:

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of each visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

For commercial contracts, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

NewLeaf Pest Control reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where payment is outstanding.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed treatment price.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances such as technician illness or emergency. We will contact you as soon as possible to agree an alternative date.

8. Liability

NewLeaf Pest Control carries full public liability insurance. We are liable for any damage directly caused by the negligence of our technicians during the course of a treatment.

9. Commercial Service Contracts

Commercial clients entering into a pest control contract will receive a separate service agreement setting out the specific terms, visit schedule, documentation provided, and contract duration. These terms apply in addition to the service agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
